I bought my first home with Realtor Chris Hall back in 2014. After our initial buyer consultation, we immediately went to work. A few weeks and viewing multiple homes, Chris called and said, “I found the perfect home, it’s a for sale by owner and somehow this home has slipped through the cracks and is not under contract yet even though it is nicer than anything we had looked at”. We are so thankful for the professionalism that Chris Hall exhumes, we were very impressed with is pricing and marketing strategies, we really appreciate Angela taking over tasks that most agents and their teams wouldn’t own up to. Without their efforts, and without them going above and beyond, we’d probably still be going around and around with our lender to try and resolve the title nightmare. Angela even made sure that our other investment properties were addressed in this issue so that if/when we go to sell them, this will not hinder a future closing. In 2018, my husband and I purchased and built a new home through Darling. Chris did an outstanding job representing our best interests and guiding us through the new construction process. We decided to use Chris after seeing him sell a number of homes in our area. We interviewed a handful of Realtors and we decided to go with Chris even though he wasn't the cheapest. Other agents were willing to reduce their commissions. In the long run we were very happy that we decided to go with Chris. We were extremely impressed with his marketing and pricing strategy, and we can tell that we were working with the real professional. Before his professional photographer came out to take photos he went through the home, vacuumed and moved items around so the home would photo the best it could. From day one Chris set our expectations properly. We had pre-planned price reductions when/if they were needed and we knew what was going to happen before it happened. After our home went under contract we ran into some hurdles in regards to needing to get a roof replaced. Chris really knows north Texas. He timed the listing and open house perfectly to ensure we made as much on the sale of our house. He had an amazing walk through video created and had professional pictures that helped us receive several offers and countless showings. He drove a lot of people through our old house! He negotiated effectively in a sellers market to protect us when we bought our new home and we got a great deal! We bought from for sale by owners which can be tricky but Chris and his team protected us throughout the entire process. We love our new house! Chris did a wonderful job searching for and executing for our first home. We proved to be quite picky with some things and he was ever patient during the entire process. He listened to all our wants/needs and each home was an improvement over the previous one. After a short time looking at homes, we found our current home and made an offer.
